Rook coffee has ruined me for all other coffee joints. I'm not mad about it at all. By far the best cold brew I've come across in this great nation. I go out of my way for this magical elixir.

Love this place and I have for a long time. It isn't a place to hang out in, its more of a "get your coffee and get out" sort of a place, and they don't do anything fancy, just a variety of fantastic fresh ground (like right in front of you) pour-overs and some spectacular cold-brews. But what they do, they do marvelously. I would and do drive 20 min out of my way on the regs just to grab a cup from here. The staff are always super friendly too. They're just there to make you some good coffee.
I was here for the first time very early today and it was a good experience for 6 am. The staff were friendly despite it being early and the coffee was consistent with what I expect from Rook coffee. I recommend this place.
Rook is an absolutely gem. They do cold brew and fresh coffee beans like no other. The Hazelnut Mocha Cold Brew is my favorite to date. They even think of the dogs by selling plush toys!
The cold brew was good, but unfortunately they do not let you try anything/sample to see how you like it before you buy any of their drinks at this location.
